You can delete your ZIPMART customer account at any time.
How to delete - In the app: Account > Delete account. - On the website: log in, open My account and choose Delete account. - Or email support@zipmartshop.com from your registered details and we will do it for you.
What happens - You are signed out straight away. Your account is deleted after 7 days - log in again within that time if you change your mind. - Your name, phone number, email, saved addresses, cart, wishlist and notifications are then removed permanently. - Any wallet balance is forfeited - please use it first. - Order, payment and invoice records are kept without your personal details for as long as tax law requires. - You can't delete your account while an order or booking is still in progress.
