These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZIPMART website, mobile applications, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing an order through ZIPMART, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About ZIPMART
ZIPMART is a marketplace that connects customers with independent local shops and businesses. Shops from different categories may register on the platform and list their products for customers to discover and purchase.
ZIPMART provides the technology platform that facilitates discovery, ordering, payments, and delivery services where applicable. Products listed on the platform are supplied by the respective registered shops or vendors.
2. Customer Account
To use certain features of ZIPMART, you may be required to create an account using your mobile number and/or other information requested by the platform.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.
You must not use another person's account or provide false or misleading information.
3. Vendors and Products
Products displayed on ZIPMART are listed by independent vendors.
Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of its product information, pricing, availability, quality, packaging, applicable licences, taxes, and legal compliance.
Product availability, prices, descriptions, images, and other information may change from time to time.
ZIPMART may remove, suspend, or restrict any product, vendor, or listing where required by law or where we consider it necessary to protect customers, vendors, or the platform.
4. Orders
Customers may browse products from available shops and place orders through the ZIPMART platform.
An order is subject to product availability and acceptance by the relevant vendor. Placing an order does not automatically guarantee that every item will be available.
A vendor may accept, modify, or decline an order, subject to applicable policies and law.
If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed where reasonably possible, and applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Prices, Fees and Taxes
Product prices are displayed on the platform and may be updated by vendors from time to time.
Additional charges may apply, including delivery charges, packaging charges, platform charges, small-order charges, or other applicable fees. Any applicable charges will be displayed before the customer completes payment, where reasonably practicable.
Applicable taxes and statutory charges may be included in the displayed price or added separately as required by applicable law.
6. Payments
ZIPMART may provide different payment options through supported payment service providers.
Customers are responsible for completing payment for their orders using an available payment method.
For online orders, payment may be required within the time period specified on the platform. Orders that remain unpaid may be automatically cancelled.
ZIPMART does not store complete payment-card information unless specifically permitted and required for the provision of a payment service and in accordance with applicable law and security standards.
7. Delivery
Where delivery is available, ZIPMART may facilitate delivery through vendors, independent delivery partners, or other delivery arrangements.
Estimated delivery times shown on the platform are indicative and may be affected by factors such as vendor preparation time, traffic, weather, availability of delivery partners, location, and other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive their order.
8. Order Handover and Verification
For certain orders, ZIPMART may provide an order verification code, PIN, or other authentication method.
Customers should share the verification code only when the order has been properly delivered or the relevant service has been completed.
Customers should not share verification codes with unknown persons before receiving their order.
9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled subject to the applicable cancellation policy and the status of the order.
Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations may vary depending on the product category, vendor, order status, and applicable law.
Where an eligible refund is approved, it will be processed according to ZIPMART's Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable payment method.
Certain products may not be eligible for return or cancellation due to their nature, applicable law, hygiene requirements, or vendor policy.
10. Coupons, Offers and Promotions
ZIPMART may provide coupons, discounts, promotional offers, cashback, or other benefits from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers and may not be exchanged for cash.

Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Use the platform to violate the rights of ZIPMART, vendors, delivery partners, or other users.
12. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for the products and services they offer through ZIPMART.
Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licences, registrations, taxation requirements, product standards, packaging requirements, and other regulatory obligations applicable to their business.
ZIPMART provides the marketplace and technology infrastructure but does not manufacture or independently sell every product listed by vendors.
13. Intellectual Property
The ZIPMART name, logo, application, website, design, software, content, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Elegaant Eagle Eye Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
14. Privacy
Your use of ZIPMART is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and process information in connection with our services.
By using ZIPMART, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, legal requirements, or applicable regulations.

16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account or the ZIPMART platform where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise misused the platform.
You may stop using the ZIPMART services at any time.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZIPMART and Elegaant Eagle Eye Private Limited will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays caused by vendors, delivery partners, traffic, weather, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes relating to the use of ZIPMART shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
